  • We rent the property for both short term and mid term stays! You can rent the house for anywhere between 3 nights to a month or more.

  • We can sleep 8 total! We have one King sized bed, 2 queens each in their own room, and a queen sized pull out matress.

  • Yes! Our saltwater pool can be heated.

    If you would like to utilize the heater, you will need to notify us in advance and pay the daily rate for heating. The rate is $20/day.

    For longer stays (multiple weeks) we do offer a discounted daily rate.

  • We do allow dogs! We allow one dog per reservation for a fee.

    We provide dog bowls, a dog blanket, dog beds, and pick up bags!

    No cats or other pets are allowed at this time.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • To secure your reservation:

    • 50% of the total cost will be needed to secure your reservation.

    • The 2nd Payment of the remaining 50% is due 3 weeks prior to your check-in date.

    • If you would like to pay in full, you may - but it is not necessary to reserve your dates.

    • Payments can be made with credit cards (3.5% fee), Zelle (no fee), or Check (no fee)

    • Cancel 30 days or more before your check-in date and you will receive a full refund.

    • Cancel under 30 days and before 7 days of your check-in and you will receive 50% refund.

    • Cancel under 7 days and you will receive no refund.

  • Palm Beach International (PBI) Airport is the closest to the house. It is about a 20 minute drive!

    Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood International (FLL) Airport is also an option. Although it is a bit father, it has many flight options. FLL is about an hour drive to the house.

  • We accept all credit cards (3.5% fee)

    We also accept Zelle (no fee). We will send you an invoice directly from us, and it will walk you through the steps on how to pay.

    We do accept checks (no fee), but we must receive the check before we can reserve your dates.

  • Yes! Up to three cars can park in the driveway.

    No cars are allowed to park in the lawn or on the street at anytime.

  • Once your dates have been reserved, we will send you a short term rental lease that will get signed and sent back electronically.

  • In your total payment, a 13% state & local tax will be included.
